So far all of the deliveries have been on time and they have texted ahead to let me know they were shipped. Nurx has also been extremely responsive and helpful in rescheduling a delivery and helping me to get and extra pack early before travel when I wouldn’t be home in time to receive a normal delivery.

Excellent communication and customer service.

Nurx is incredibly well run. Their communication is top tier. I struggled with acne since I was 13 years old. I’m currently 30 and started on my acne plan back in March. This is by far the best my skin has ever looked. I haven’t had a breakout in months and my skin is overall so much calmer, healthier and even. I can’t thank the team at Nurx more for giving me my confidence back. Thank you all.
