Over a week to get back regarding depression medication just to deny.

Horrible experience.

The service was once very responsive but now over a week they took my money and I haven’t had any communication with a physician. I have made a physical appointment and being seen tomorrow with a doctors office. Poor service

AWFUL! I paid for the appt for acne treatment and no one ever got back to me. Later this year they emailed stating they were closing the request. Huh?!? Service was never rendered!!! No one contacted me outside of emailing to say they were closing the request for a script. They are total crooks. I’m a nurse and was working long hrs and had no time to see a pcp in person so I opted this site for convenience. Well, rest assure this site is NOT nurse approved!!!!! UPDATE: I see the responses here but have yet to refund the money I spent or have a provider reach out to me. Why bother to respond to my post?

They advertise a response within hours and that meds can be delivered anywhere from a couple hours to 24hrs at the most...it's BS! I sent a message 2 days ago & NEVER got a response. So I called them & they told me it can take up to a week for them to review your claim, then a week to send it 😱 but they Emphasize & Advertise how quick a response & delivery they provide because taking meds quick is VIP. I'm Extremely Disappointed & Mad I didn't read the reviews b4 I even submitted & paid for my claim/ meds, which I'm still waiting for a doc to review. So much for quick service

What happened to Nurx?!? I was asked to do my annual update to get my next year of BC and did. They then sent in the wrong prescription, I asked for the correct one (and the exact thing they prescribed for me back on 3/14/22), I was then told it would be done. It has not been done and when I asked again, a nurse tells me they don’t prescribe it… what?!? It’s the exact meds the prescribed me and I’ve been on for 4 years. Now I can’t get anyone to even just answer the phone. What has happened to Nurx. And on here, when any customer writes a complaint, a robot is giving the same uncaring reply “We’re sorry we did not meet your expectations and we would love the opportunity to make things right. Please send us a message in the app or email us at Supportnurx.co. Your feedback will help make us better.” Clearly they don’t want to be better or give a hoot about their patients- they just want your copay. Won’t be getting it from me ever again- done with Nurx now and don’t sent me a let us know how to make it better response on here. Bc you won’t.

So I was given a year prescription for birth control pills. When half way through that year, I come home from a vacation and realize I don't have a package waiting for me.... but what do I have, you ask? An email from Nurx telling me that I should come back as a customer. So I send a text, that goes unanswered. I send a live chat through the website, that goes unanswered. I call, to be told they have no idea why that happened. But that my medicine will be shipped out. I ended up having to call 4 times and just had the script sent to a local pharmacy. Clearly, Nurx doesn't take reproductive heath seriously. I feel bad for the people that are going to get their mental health medication through Nurx, and hope they're prepared when they're cut off halfway through a prescription. EDITED TO ADD: Nurx save the automated response, telling me to email you. I have. Multiple times. It's clear that you have no interest in helping us customers, evident by the amount of negative reviews.

Absolutely horrible. I used them years ago with zero issues, I wish I had done research to see if they were still a good company. Requested a prescription, they took my $20 and said they can’t take my insurance, but said they could send my prescription to my local pharmacy. They never did and closed the ticket. I open a new one, they take another $20. They keep saying they they don’t take my insurance, and I can get my prescription sent to a pharmacy. I’ve had the same conversation with multiple customer service reps and it just keeps going in circles. “We don’t have your insurance card” *uploads card* “we don’t take your insurance” *I know I want it sent to my pharmacy* “please send us your pharmacy info” *I do and don’t hear back, so I message them again* “we don’t take your insurance” 🤦🏻‍♀️ disputing the charges with my cc company
