This is a scam. What they do is they charge the consultation fee but never get back to you. Like others have said, I’ve been waiting for 4 days. No response. I messaged them to follow up on it. No response. I can’t even delete my credit card from my account. So in essence, they know have my credit card information. I’ll call my bank and have the consultation fee returned into my account and the card cancelled. Stay away from this website.

No customer service - still waiting for a response after 4 days. No way to cancel an order or cancel your subscription. Had to cancel my credit card to keep them from charging me again. Plus they just added a service fee!!

Absolutely horrible. Customer service is non existent. They charged my card up front for the $40 fee and still can’t place me with a provider to review and won’t respond to my messages or emails. Contacting BBB and my credit card company to dispute as fraud. I should have looked at reviews before I signed up for this garbage. UPDATED REVIEW IN RESPONSE TO NURX: I knew I would see a generic response. Nice to see Nurx responds publicly for others to see and make it look like they are doing something or care. They have yet to respond to any of my messages or emails sent before and after this original review. How will sending them another email do anything different. Maybe they should work on responding to their customers and stop wasting time responding to bad reviews. Smoke screen.

Terrible service. The refill was under review for several weeks. I cancelled the subscription mentioning that I don't like the response time. After that they immidiately started messaging me that they were going to ship medication. But I already ordered it in the other place. I told them 5 times that I cancelled it and I don't need it. Later they just charged my credit card saying that it's gonna be shipped soon... Total scam...Don't even think to use Nurx

Used to be pretty good, I’d get responses within 24 hrs, and it was convenient for getting a birth control prescription. I recently used it for an acne medication and noticed the response times were much slower than before, took a couple weeks for the prescriptions to finally arrive in the mail. Trying to refill my birth control again and no response and it’s been 3 days now. Giving up on this app!

Customer service is absolutely horrible. They want to charge you upfront even if they haven't reviewed your case. Then they refuse to let you delete the account or information sighting HIPPA which is absolutely rediculous. If you go check out the BBB website you will see all the complaints about them

Completely non-responsive. Maybe they went bust and forgot to tell their customers? Chats and emails to support go down a black hole. I've been waiting a week for any response, but other reviewers are saying they've been waiting a month or more. Their marketing emails are still going strong, though! I'm just trying to close my account now, but I have no idea if/when that's going to be possible. I switched to a competitor and got a response within 2 hours, problem resolved within 12.

I have been using Nurx for about a year now and didn't have a problem until recently. I have been on mental health meds for several months now. I get charge $55-$65 a month for "consultations" when I don't even talk to them most months. They literally take my money for nothing. When I do have to talk to them like I did recently I do not get an answer. I call them and have to wait on hold for over an hour. I was going to run out of meds in two days and they had not send a refill or anything. It is dangerous to stop meds suddenly but they don't care.
