Overpriced without asking you to approve the charge
They never reply to your question before dispensing the medication and just charge your card without asking you to approve the copay. They claim the prices are listed online but they write “$30 for one month ($0 with insurance)”. If your insurance doesn’t cover it, they don’t tell you and they immediately ship/charge you. They’re incredibly hard to get a hold of. My “refund request” is in but apparently the “consult” for $40 is non refundable. This same medication is $34 thru good rx, and $90 thru them. Even a normal pharmacy tells you the price before charging you. It’s ridiculously fraudulent and I would never recommend it. The process also takes weeks
