Nurx should utilize other methods of communication when notifying patients of delayed medication, not only email. My phone number is on file and method of payment could have been rectified sooner if payer had been made aware through alternate means that facilitators had access to. I’m very unhappy with my delayed treatment as this is not my first issue with this company and do not plan on renewing here. Frustrating.

Waste of time. They have condescending doctors who treat you like you’re drug seeking. What’s the point of this platform if no one prescribes anything? Most of these doctors prescribe things illegally for themselves, friends, and family anyway.

Still waiting on my refund for services not rendered. It’s been months. They took my money and stopped responding. Horrible experience.

My birth control repeatedly gets delayed for no reason and I can't get an early refill without paying out of pocket. It happens frequently and throws off my hormones badly. I have no idea why this happens and never happened to me with Pill Club. Support is nice but they aren't really able to do anything to help me. Please take people's medication seriously! I've been on it for years and my schedule being disrupted has negatively affected me physically on several occasions. There should be early refills for FREE available if it was the company's fault for delaying the prescription.

I used Nurx for skincare. The products were as expected, but this company treats its customers terribly. The auto refills come WAY more frequently than I could possibly use the products as prescribed. I cancelled auto refills more than once, only for them to continue processing automatically. The "Support Team" frequently left my messages unanswered, or they claimed to cancel orders that would end up processing regardless. Look at the percentage of 1-star reviews here. This is not a good company.

Very expensive monthly fee for mental health to not even consult with a doctor monthly. Barely can afford it but need the service so it’s an unfortunate situation. Mistakes have been made with sending my rx’s to local pharmacies and it’s impossible to get a prompt response when an issue arises and rx’s have been delayed on multiple occasions.
