The process was very thorough, and my provider, Nicole Nugent, did a great job explaining things and giving me all the information I needed to make an informed decision with my care. She was more thorough, kind, and communicative than any in-person doctor I've had. I decided to discontinue my birth control subscription simply because I changed my mind on taking it, but my experience was very positive-- start to finish. The team was even kind when I reached out to cancel. I'm not sure why all the negative reviews. If I decide to restart birth control or try other services offered at Nurx, I will definitely renew. I even recommended it to friends and my therapist.

Been using Nurx for the past few years. Always a seamless experience. Never had a lapse in my treatment & its very affordable. Cancellation & resuming my sub is always easy. I opt to pay out of pocket since insurance is a headache. No complaints about this telehealth service.

Cheapest bc I've ever had. They make it so easy. I can't believe it's so cheap.

Been using their Tretinoin cream for 2 years. My Rx last a long time so I request my active script to be placed on hold until I contact them to reinstate it again. Sometimes it takes a few days to hear back from someone but they are easy to communicate with & get a response. I would recommend them if you’re looking for care that requires a written script.
