I have been a customer of Nurx for a little over two years, for two different medications. In all of that time, if I've ever had question about medication, dose changes, etc, their portal is extremely easy to use, they always reply within 24-48 hours (usually longer wait for replies on the weekends). The staff they have working there that I've communicated with has always been very friendly and helpful. I had done a lot of research with online medications, and I started with the medication for cold sores, then the GLP-1 meds as well. Easy to upload information, like insurance card or pictures, and every 3 months they check in for a progress update to make sure the medications are working well for you, if you need or want any suggestions, are having side effects, plus offering helpful tips like meal prep recipes and apps to track calories. 10/10 legit site, and although the weight loss meds can get a little pricey, if you're following a diet and exercise plan you won't need to be on them long term. Would highly recommend (and have recommended) Nurx to friends and family.

Gets me my medication with no trouble. I was even able to get the generic version of what I was originally on. I do wish it took my medicare, though, but there could be some good reasons for that.

They were extremely knowledgble about getting the right treatment for me. I thought their assessment and follow ups were effective and I was able to understand my condition and adjust to the suggestions and treatment plan without any difficulty. They are always available and willing to work with ya!

Nurx representatives are always responsive. I love how easy it is to get my birth control. They also make sure that what ever medication I chose, it is right for me.

Very quick and clear process, got the prescription I needed and there was help if I had any questions. I've received three refills, on time every time. So overall very reliable!

Its so much easier for me to get birth control online than picking it up, I currently don't have a vehicle so this is the best option for me. Being able to get 3 months stock at one time is great too!
