I called customer service 5 times unable to get through. They are the literal most trashy people incompetent people I've come across. I just wanted birth control.

My Rx Never showed up. the company was willing to take my money and charge me for the Rx but when it didn't show I messaged in the app and stayed on hold 3 different times for almost 30 minutes each time - no one answered my messages for over 3 days. My only request was to call the Rx into my local pharmacy since the one via mail never showed.

I was due for a refill the 3rd week of June but their "system" calculated I wouldn't need it until early July. They said they would be willing to call one in to my local pharmacy but this would've caused problems with my insurance having a one off refill with the 12 month prescription I had with Nurx. Instead of shipping early they put my prescription on hold so shipped me nothing therefore totally screwing me up. DO NOT USE!

They charge you $40 upfront before they do a thing. The medication which I needed was advertised on their website as available but they couldn't get it. Total waste of time and money.

Yeah no. I transferred over from pill club. I’ve been on a specific birth control for YEARS. The pill club transferred me over and NURX denied me. When I already had a prescription through them. Now after years I have less than two weeks to find more birth control and it being a holiday weekend? Yeah that’s not happening

I've used them for years and have had multiple issues with getting responses in a timely manner and other issues. I've continued to use them because I've not found a better option and I don't have insurance. The most recent issue is my card being charged a pre-authorization amount equal to that of my prescription cost (which they say they charge but has never shown up on my card before.) It has now been a WEEK, going on Day 8 and 6 business days with the charge still showing. Everytime I've messaged I just get the same canned response saying it will drop off in a few days. Even their FAQ says it usually only takes 3-5 business days. As someone living paycheck to paycheck, not having a good portion of money I budgeted for the week has been awful. I'm pretty disappointed in the situation and not convinced I'll ever see the money back. It's also definitely not my bank's fault. I've NEVER had anything take this long to clear.

My insurance didn't cover the prescription, but I was still charged for a "consultation". I never went through with the service. I never got pills. I was simply told no. Now, after thinking I could trust this site with a private email because it was medical related, I am SWAMPED with scam emails on the daily. If you want to try this, use a burner email. They've completely ruined what used to be my only reliable email.

ZERO!!!!! Got sold to this from the pill club and I'm cancelling. Been getting all their promo emails and nothing about the status of my order that would have been processed WEEKS AGO. on the phone and app and website and they literally DO NOT ANSWER
