NURX DOESN'T CARE ABOUT WOMEN'S HEALTH. PERIOD. I was transferred from Pill Club and the experience has been nothing short of terrible. For people who are working in the medical field, they show no empathy or competence. I have switched providers after having been on hold for 2 hours and having my emails replied to after 2-3 weeks. Absolutely unacceptable and the fees are incredibly high. STAY AWAY.

I’ve been a Nurx user for a very long time. Now, they keep canceling my prescription with no notification. I use birth control for healthcare purposes unrelated to pregnancy prevention and I absolutely cannot miss a pill, so the fact that they can just cancel it without saying anything is insane! The first time, I used their messaging system to try to figure out what was going on and they gave me several (incorrect and inconsistent) reasons why it was canceled. I finally got on the phone with someone who spoke to me like a high school bully, and she said it’s because my insurance hasn’t been paying. Well, I contacted my insurance and they actually HAVE been paying Nurx. When I told customer service, the person on the phone sounded extremely frustrated and practically hung up on me. I would absolutely not recommend this company. They definitely do not care about their customers

Forced to transfer from the pill club. As others have stated, the customer service is non-existent, and they will charge you and not ship out medications. Do not recommend. It took them a week to respond to my request to cancel my prescription, because there is no way to cancel it on your own on their site (tried both desktop and mobile). You also cannot close your account. Rubbish company.

Really bad because I have been waiting like just about two months for my birth control pills and it’s says processing I reached out like four times and they say the same thing, to wait 2-3 days and it will be shipped, I wait another 9 days with no response. I keep messaging with no answer. Now I only have 6 days left of my pill, thank you

Was not given treatment information for a serious potentially fatal STD syphilis. I was not provided any copy of my test results from molecular testing labs or informed what my next steps should be. I instead had to do research on my own to try and get appropriate care for myself.

As I now see this company is an absolute disaster. I am writing shortly after trying to get in contact with them only to no avail. I find that they consider today apparently a holiday? It’s a regular Thursday so I’m not sure what that means but there’s no other way of getting in contact sent them an email weeks ago they keep telling me I have to renew my prescription but never answer when I try to worst part is I tried getting into my account after resetting my password since it was due for reset and now it’s telling me I don’t have access to my records? Changing password again didn’t even help so now I don’t even have access to my account or access to a person to help me with this problem in the past they were nonchalant about getting me my birth control on time there were times where I suffered migraines from the withdrawals because I didn’t have my prescription for a week or more! I wish there was an alternative company that didn’t seem similar to them. If it wasn’t for the fact that I have no health insurance, I wouldn’t even be going with them in the first place! If you’re considering going with this company because of your lack of insurance or you think it’s cheaper or easier, it’s not he won’t get it delivered to your door as this won’t be as cheap you’ll still have to go to a pharmacy, regardless and if you don’t have insurance, the cost is pretty crazy and fluctuates all the time so you never know what you’re going to pay. Good luck to anyone considering this company!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER…the representative I spoke to after holding for 30mins was very unapologetic….look for other alternatives asap….I had no issues with TPC until they transferred my prescription to these people.
