DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!! I cancelled my subscription 3 months ago as I’m planning to have a baby. I successfully cancelled this service thru their website (chat) because they do not have a phone number available. Today, 3 months later, I got charged for 3 packages and I reached out to them. They do not want to give me my money back. I dispute this transaction with my bank and I sent them all the proof that my subscription was cancelled 3 month ago. One employee answered me by saying that my subscription was cancelled but they were sending me one from before I cancelled. This company is a SCAM!!!! They never let you go. There’s no way to cancel the subscription yourself. You chat with an employee and then answer you 3 days later. There’s always a different employee and “they don’t have that information available” even if you can see it in your chat history. DO NOT SIGN IN TO THIS COMPANY!!!! They will take your money one or another way!!! DOOOOO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! Thief!!!!!!!!!! I would put 0 starts if I could.

Absolutely do not use this company if you care about getting your medications in a timely manner. They were good a few years ago, but now are potentially the worst healthcare company I’ve ever dealt with as of today. They are highly incompetant across the board, from the doctors to the customer service reps. They take weeks to get back to you and dont answer your questions.

they charged me for birth control without going through my insurance policy even though my insurance is perfectly valid and told me they would cover the cost of the medicine. of course, billing mistakes happen, but Nurx's customer service team kept telling me to call my insurance even though I told them many many many times that I have already called insurance and insurance never found any record of them submitting anything (to verify, I looked and I couldn't find anything on my insurance portal as well). the entire customer service experience was incredibly frustrating because they kept repeating the same thing to me without actually checking if they did billing correctly in the first place. probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced

NURX IS TERRIBLE. I am a patient of The Pill Club but then my birth control prescription got transferred to Nurx. Been making follow ups about my transferred rx for how many days, I'm out of bc to take for how many days now too. No progress was made. No updates. The customer service is not helpful AT ALL. They ended up cancelling my prescription like what the actual fvck? COME ON NURX!!!!!! 👎

I paid $20 just to get a reply that they don't accept my insurance. I was ok with the "pay out of pocket" option, but the person on chat never came back to me ... After reading all the reviews I'm actually so glad, that it didn't go farer and I didn't pay to them my additional $45.

I am suspecting Nurx is some sort of glorified scam. Websites like this one is probably the only way we are going to reach someone. I have been demanding Nurx for a refund of the $25 paying for absolutely literally nothing. I absolutely know it’s possible to refund me. After being on hold for 18 minutes before anyone even answered the phone, I had a woman pick up the phone, ask me my phone number, then immediately she put me on hold and after 30 minutes of waiting, SHE hung up. Why would I EVER want to continue being a part of this service? You’ve provided me no service at all, nothing, and you do not have the right to charge me this money. I am not okay being told something that provided ZERO goods/services to my life is going to cost me any money. I have a brand new 8 week old baby, I have to feed him formula. I cannot afford ANY extra costs like this, with nothing in return. I was willing to be charged in order to avoid getting pregnant again (birth control), but I absolutely am not in a place where I can afford losing any money so I need my money back. I will do whatever I have to to get it.

If I could give 0 reviews I would! I came from Pills Club and from the moment I got trasnferred to Nurx it just got worse and worse everyday. First their customer service is terrible, it would take them 1-2weeks to respond. Second, they would just cancel your prescription right away without you knowing it. Third, they dont care if you ran out of pills THEY JUST DONT CARE! This is the worst customer service ever considering they are in the health care. I have never read a positive review about them, all those who came from Pills Club found this company the worst ever and it is! The whole process gave me stress and anxiety because I am out of pills. NEVER EVER ASSOCIATE YOURSELD WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

I reported them to the better business bureau today after being ignored for 8 days and their help line being off-hook for 2 days in a row. There is no way to receive any help from them or service for that matter. I got switched from pillclub and this has been an awful experience. It’s something as simple as continuing my birth control prescription and they can’t even do that. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
