It’s fine if you are willing to do all the work. Twice they told me my insurance had been terminated, now this is actually the term they use when the prescription is just not covered by your insurance. I freaked out both times thinking that I didn’t pay my insurance somehow. It turns out, the mail order pharmacy. They were using to send me my birth control was not in network for my insurance. I came to this conclusion completely on my own. They were super unhelpful. Not to mention, they would tell me that my insurance was approved, and that my order would be on its way and then would message me the next day saying that there was a problem. I don’t have any other experience with other service but this one I did not like at all.

I’ve been a Nurx customer for several years, but my recent experience was the final straw. Their refill system seems completely disorganized. I consistently ended up with far more medication than I needed because they kept sending refills way too early — and charging me for them. This last time, I already had a 4-month supply on hand, and they were still trying to send more medication. When I contacted customer service, they denied any wrongdoing and refused to issue a refund. After the recent frustration and lack of customer service, I’ve decided to stop using Nurx and just go directly through my doctor instead.

I completed my profile very honestly and thoroughly, and my request for meds was a very simple common request for something I have taken previously (not a controlled substance). The doctor who responded asked me over 25 additional questions in writing, almost all of which I had already answered or things that were impossible to get (like faxing over my full medical records despite my previous in person doctor having passed away). I answered everything again in writing, and a new doctor responded saying my request was too complex and i should instead google search for a doctor near me. Nurx refuses to refund me, and I am left having wasted time, money, and personal information. Would NEVER recommend to anyone. Cheaper and faster to just see a regular doctor. Don't do it, ever!!!!

I would leave ZERO stars if I could! I ordered Tretinoin 0.025% topical cream 45 Gram almost a month ago. I never received any medication. They refuse to refund my money. This service is a scam and I desperately wish I would have read further reviews before giving them my money. Customer service refuses responsibility! I can't express how disappointed I am.

Horrible Experience. Not only was this the priciest over all but the customer service is pathetic. $3 service charge a month for what service? takes days to hear back from customer support. I skip the placebo pill do to medical reasons and i constantly was told they couldn't send my medication because it was "too soon" . The continually told me that they would make a note and it would be good for a few deliveries then back to issues. I recently ran out of birth control because they just stopped sending my medication. I signed up for auto delivery because it was one less thing i had to stress over, this company has made the simplest part if birth control the most difficult and stressful. I do not recommend.

Get my prescription and address wrong regularly, no matter how many times I have confirmed. Customer Service is poor. Don't recommend.

They don't care to make things right. I ordered a prescription and I was under the impression they were going to be sending it to my pharmacy (because that's what they did last time), but instead they decided to ship it to me. They never asked. I'm going out of town tomorrow, so need it ASAP. When I called they told me there was nothing they could do about it, but they could order another Rx, send it to my pharmacy, and I would have to pay out of pocket for it. On top of that, she said there wasn't anything they could do to ensure I would get the Rx on time.

I got charged $60 for a Bot to tell me (over text) no phone call, no video appointment that I have a disorder I DO NOT HAVE (I have proof of my diagnosis, which I was never asked for). This is an absolute scam and I can't get a refund because of "the time it took to review" completely ripped me off.
