Do not trust this company! What was I thinking?!! Biggest mistake ever. Never again!

0 stars. Stay far away. Note how all reviews are people coming from Pill Club to Nurx and having the worst experience. Nurx you should be ashamed screwing over all the Pill Club clients you absorbed and you should have never purchased it given your companies incompetence. Shame on all of you for slow response time, late deliveries, and terrible customer service.

I would give them 0 stars if possible. I had to get my medication refilled and no body was responding to my messages about refilling it. Like what? Isn't that the one job if this company??? It's just so incredibly irresponsible to mess around with people's medicine like this

Absolutely awful company! I was using the Pill Club(whom was ten times better then this crap hole company) but they were bought out by Nurx. I've been waiting for a response for 5 days now! I really need my birth control prescription refilled and they refuse to take my insurance! The pill club had zero issue with my insurance. I'm almost out of my prescription, I've sent them message after message with no response! I finally left them a nasty message, told them to cancel my account and blocked them! They are extremely incompetent! Customer service is awful! I will be telling others to avoid this horrific company. The Pill Club was wayyyyy better and took care of their customers! Bye Nurx, you're extremely worthless and a nightmare.

Consistent with other reviewers, Nurx is completely incompetent. I used them years ago, but switched to Pill Club due to shipping issues, being charged incorrect fees, and poor customer service. I was transferred back to Nurx when the Pill Club shut down with little notice. I was assured all my information would transfer, that I didn’t need to do anything, and that I wouldn’t miss a prescription. It’s been 3 months and I still haven’t received anything from Nurx. They sent my initial prescription to a prior address (the one I had on file when I used them; completely ignoring I assume the info from the Pill Club). When I asked that they rush deliver it to my correct address, they refused to expedite, but said they would ship it out. Instead of shipping it to the address I provided, they shipped it to the wrong address a second time. I have to assume this is malicious because I refuse to believe anyone is this incompetent. My prescription for Tretinoin also didn’t transfer over. I haven’t even asked about it yet because I know they will try to charge me improper consult fees. Edit: Now they’re refusing to reverse the claims on the two prescriptions I never received, which is delaying my ability to get a refill even further. This is insurance fraud. And I’m already talking to your incompetent staff in the app. It’s done nothing so far.

They literally lied to me and stole my money. Entire company seems to be extremely incompetent. Waiting for customer service to respond, which seems to be very difficult for them.

They take months to do anything. I was billed 3 different consultation fees in 4 months and I'm still waiting on my birth control. Absolutely ridiculous. Scam company.

I was charged $93 for tretinoin that I did not receive and sent an email stating such. I received an email back stating that I did receive the product, that it was delivered to my address. I called the company twice and was told I would receive an email that day (each day that I called), and I did not. During the first call I told the customer service person to cancel the subscription. I made a third call because, again, I never received any call back or email from the company. During the third call, I was told I would receive a $30 credit to my account and I would only be charged $60 for a new shipment of tretinoin. That is not acceptable. I did not receive a product and now I'm being asked to pay 1.5 times the amount! Also, they will credit my account? What account? I had already told them to cancel the subscription. You can get tretinoin.for about 1/3 the cost that Nurx chages..The only benefit to using Nurx is you don't have to physically see a doctor. Their business model is terrible, they don't follow up with.promised calls. Will never use this company again and will certainly spread the word.
