No help if you have mental illness.
They want you to go to your in person or telehealth provider, even if you're waiting for their appointment and need help right away.

Shady business practice…
ello, I went through the website and apparently selected the wrong treatment plan. The doctor looked it over and informed me I had to submit a new request for a different treatment plan and pay an additional fee but she offered to refund me for me wrong treatment selection. I responded twice to the doctor asking would my order be refunded first. Never received a response. Called in and spoke to someone and she didn’t really help just repeated what I already knew. My issue is why do I have to pay an additional fee? It was obviously a human error which is to be expected being im not a health care specialist. The fact that I have to submit a new request and pay more money is a red flag to me. Sounds like a scam. Sounds fishy. If I went to see a derm and booked the appointment for melasma the doctor would tell me it’s actually hyperpigmentation and treat me accordingly. They wouldn’t take my money not help me then tell me to come back pay more then get help. If I picked the wrong treatment I’m sure there’s a way in the computer to just correct it. Your process makes it harder than need be which makes me think it’s a scam and way to make a quick dollar and then claim no refunds.

Too expensive
Too expensive, for out of pocket. Prices increased. There’s never any type of promotions for existing costumers.

I don’t like that they charge fees every time they ship you something. The prices keep going up and we’re all on a budget.

Switched pharmacies on me for my Tretinoin and charged me 4x more!
Switched pharmacies on me for my Tretinoin without my knowledge or approval and my copay went from $30.00 to $125.00. I've asked several times to be switched back but instead Nurx charged me a 2nd month at $125.00. Then it took a month to receive the medication after I received notification that it had been shipped.
