Only received one month of birth control pills and not 3

Received my prescription it was short 2 refills. I have sent 2 messages regarding the error with no response. Up until now my service has been great

Horrible experience with that company they charge 90 dolars each month without your consent and you wont be able to cancel, remove your profile or your payment information.

I've been getting my birth control pill through Nurx for years now and never had any problems until now. I recently switched over to a different insurance company and made sure to upload my new card to the app. When it was time for my refill, I received the message that my order was processing. So far, so good. Then I heard nothing for about 4 days and decided to reach out to them in case they forgot to send me the tracking info. It was only then that I was told that my order was on hold because my new insurance card didn't have a prescription insurance # listed and that I needed to upload that. Why on earth did they not reach out to me about this? My order was pending for FOUR days and I had to reach out to THEM to be told all of this. At that point, I had no choice but to pay out of pocket because I would have ran out of my birth control otherwise. I sent them a message the next day saying that I did not appreciate not being told about any of this sooner and that it took ME to reach out to them. All I got in return was some ChatGPT generated message that did not even respond to anything I'd said. They don't care about you. I'm canceling my subscription and going back to getting my birth control through Planned Parenthood.

I would give 0 star if I can. It collects my credit card information from the beginning. And it says on the website it covers by the insurance and I also know my premium insurance plan will cover the prescription but this website still charge full price on my credit card and there is NO way to option out the auto refill. I locked my credit card and will call my credit card company for a dispute. I highly suspect this website is operating somewhere outside the US like India or Nigeria, no offense but be aware that customer service does not exist at all. It sent me multiple messages after the order was being processed even at 2 am and 4 am central time. What a bizarre hours.

They take forever to respond to any type of request or question. The shipped my birth control a week late, causing me to miss doses and throw my cycle completely off. It took me a very long time to regulate my cycle and get my hormones in check, and this has wreaked havoc on my health as I have an autoimmune disease and other chronic illnesses. I will never trust them with my reproductive health again. Edit: It took you 2 weeks to respond to my review. Point proven. I’ll continue taking my business elsewhere. Take care!

Can I give no stars? Just a scam. Literally spent days and days trying to get a response from them after they charged my card out of the blue. Still waiting 4 months later....
