Awful experience, they run you around in circles and never prescribed me what I needed . For 40 bucks I was told I have Rosacea, something I’ve known for 10 years!!! I want my copay back asap or I will continue to go on every socail media platform to warn people of our awful business.

Wasted my time over something small, refused me the birth control I wanted becuase my "blood pressure was too high" despite me having anxiety in public places and drinking coffee. My blood pressure is in a normal range (under 120/80) and they all together stopped responding to me when I requested for a refund and cancelation. Doctors are supposed to know what affect this stuff but not a single person there even bothered to ask any questions, they immediately went to switching to a birth control I either can't afford or isn't what I want despite my blood pressure being in a normal safe range. They don't listen to you when you try to explain and when they get upset with you they all together ignore you. I don't recommend them.

I wish zero stars was an option. The response time using this service and the communication is HORRIBLE!! They provide inadequate service to be a tele health option. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!

No one has contacted me about my multiple requests to cancel the current prescription. Have tried multiple times to cancel order and still is charging me

If i could rate this a zero i would. I used them a year ago 1 time and yes it was easy and convenient. I treated my acne and what was suppose to last 3 months i made last a year. Tried to just get a refill and its been terrible. Constant communication issues then once i updated my card they charged me 4 times yea 4 times for the same meds. That i didn't ask for on top of it. I asked multiple times to cancel when i sae this and they ignored me. Then told me it was too late bc it had shipped and they wont take back the meds they supposedly shipped. With that my account was overdrawn as well and completely messed up my finances. I have contacted them so many times with getting some automated responses and run around answers. I had to cancel my card and my bank had to return my money for fraud. Worst customer service and experience. Avoid them at all costs if you want to keep your money and your sanity.

Terrible customer service. Took too long to get order and canceling membership was awful.. Also, you are charged awful fees.

Everything was going good until they stopped carrying my brand of birth control. They offered to send the prescription to my local pharmacy for fulfillment. Unfortunately, they sent it over with 0 refills (I still had 9 months left of my prescription). When the pharmacy tried to reach out to get more refills, they got no response. I spent 2 months reaching out to customer service to try and get more refills, I even sent screenshots of the pharmacy trying to reach out and pictures of my birth control showing 0 refills. It took over a month to get a response from Nurx and when I did get a response it was a generic AI response of ‘your prescription was sent to the pharmacy.’ I event tried to create a new order for a new brand that Nurx carried, but the order was cancelled because they said I already had an active prescription. After three months of trying to get my refills with no success I went to a different provider.

I haven’t received my prescription in months
