They fail in sending your pills and you are left out without options
I started using this company when it started and at the beginning it worked great. I canceled my subscription when I got pregnant and after that I renew it again and all the problems started. I didn't get my refills several times, and when I asked why they never gave me a reason. So I was left with no pills and my pills don't have a generic alternative. Since I didn't trust them sending the pills home because they missed them several time, I told them to send the pills to my local pharmacy. When I head there to pick them up, I discovered that my pharmacy said that my insurance is not covering my pills. I call my insurance and they said these people never send the new authorization and that it expired and that they neither sent the new prescription. I call Nurx and a very rude lady tried to blame on me saying that I should have renew the prescription and I told my prescription wasn't expired and that in the messages it says that when that happens I will get a link. Then she tried to blame on the insurance, saying that they should have request it. I don't know why I'm paying $3 service fee monthly if they don't do their job! Now AGAIN I'm left without pills. The lady yelled at me and said that that authorization that the insurance needs it will take minimum a week (I don't know why they didn't renew it or MINIMUM NOTIFY ME!!). I can't pay $600 for some birth control. So what is Nurx supposed to do?
