This is a scam. You should be careful. I just have a very bad experience with them. They 1st charged me $30 for consultation fees while the website did not mention that anywhere. They make you think that it's what is due today for your 1st prescription while they charge you $93 for your prescription right after. They don't make think clear by letting the customer knows that actually your total will be $120 meaning $30 for the consultation fees and $93 for the prescription that will be charged after the consultation. I called them and ask them why they make it tricky like that this is scamming. They should make things clear it looks.like those $90 for 3 months prescription will be charged in 3 months that's how it sounds on the website. I told them.to cancel the order since they just placed it. They said cannot and also they cannot refund me the money since its pharmacy product. I felt scammed honestly. Very bad experience but they thought me something always check reviews about service or product or company before dealing with them. If I had checked this platform before I would have never taken the risk to trash my money that way.

I notified Nurx over a month ago to cancel my subscription and just received notification of an upcoming order. I keep getting correspondence to go to my account to let them know that I no longer want their product several times. Simply put...it has done nothing in the 3 months I've tried the product. It just seems as if they're not listening to what I want. Just cancel the prescription..I don't need to discuss the issue further!

Nurx has a very responsive customer service team but will continue to charge your credit card after you end your Rx with them.

this service is an absolute joke. I've been using this company for 5 years and I can't even receive a response back within 36 hours.

Customer service over the phone is rude and condescending. Talked over me and it felt as if she was using the circumstances of my health against me. They also told me I wouldn’t be charged for them to correct the address mistake they made on their end and they charged me anyways. Medications don’t get delivered to the address you have on file and now I have concerns about the protection of my health information. Don’t use this company just go to a doctor. You will get treated better.

These people are scam artists. They will take your money, then charge more money just to cancel. You have to cancel or they'll keep taking money from you.

Zero stars would be more appropriate if that was an option. Signed up for weight management on 2/14. Was not contacted by a provider until a week later. Contacted support and was told my file was marked urgent. Was given an option for treatment. I immediately replied with pharmacy information as requested and never received a response. Waiting over TWO weeks to even have a proper consult with a provider is beyond ridiculous. I was told there were delays, but in medical care either hire more providers or stop taking the money of new patients who are literally receiving ZERO care. I requested for my subscription to be cancelled 2 days ago. Still no answer.

They will take your money immediately and then never respond, I'm going to have to dispute the charge with my bank
