I like that my refills are delivered quickly after i request them. Even though I had to answer a lot of questions to get started, the process was manageable and the staff were great.

The company has always been on time with my prescriptions and have not had any issues with delivery. Continues to send notifications for when it may be time to renew or for any other questions that need answered. Gets quite expensive over time so may have to see if there's a way to get cheaper, but otherwise love this company and the medication I am taking. All I wanted.

I have had a good experience minus a few hang-ups in communication, but that's reasonable to me within the virtual framework. Providers have been attentive and prompt, and I have felt supported when I've had questions and concerns.

I’ve had issues with shipping and getting my prescriptions on time several times which has been very frustrating but other than that everything has been as expected! Generally pleased with my experience.

I’ve been using this service for BC since it was The Pill Club, and I don’t have much to complain about. Since the brand became Nurx I’ve had a monthly fee tacked onto my deliveries, but it’s $3 so it doesn’t feel like I’m being scammed or anything. I’ve never had a missed or delayed shipment and it continues to be easy to do a yearly check-in and forget about it for the rest of the year. I haven’t personally had any negative experiences with customer service or the nurses. I do miss the stickers, though.
