Crappy Business, you can barely ever talk to a real person. there are always issues. It just feels like AI slop site. It's too bad it's one of the only cheapest options.

They changed the monthly subscription from $59 to $79 and I’m not sure why because they don’t respond on time. The medication itself is already expensive and doesn’t come on time but the price keeps going up

I wish they provided Faster communication with canceling orders, or changing debit card information. I just think having to wait 5 days for a response is a little too long or sometimes no response at all. When I try to change my debit somehow it's still wrong within the system. It might be a website issue or something else, since I've tried on the app and on chrome, but i get the same results. Other than that im satisfied with how quick my orders come and how easy it is to navigate, I would recommend nurx to anyone looking for medication on budget.

Scammy yearly renewal fee even though my prescription has never changed. And they randomly just forget to ship it.

Lower prices and better communication

I felt like I was dismissed and left to drown, without two way discussion and resolution, despite my response asking to discuss and resolve issue.

They strongarm customers into refilling prescriptions early by sending constant, relentless, misleading emails about expiring prescriptions. In these messages, Nurx misrepresents the date on which a prescription expires and then proceeds to charge all the same fees (consultation, etc) as they do for new prescriptions. There is no reason to harass customers this way except that it lets Nurx charge $80 after filling a 3 month order for $48 only one month earlier. They also won’t let you delay the fill, even though they claim to do so. I guess it will be good to have seven months of meds sitting around in case things take a dramatic turn for the worse? Nurx is profoundly pushy private equity telehealth and if I had any better option to get pills in the mail, I would pursue it. I was a Pill Club customer that had my prescription sent over here years ago when Pill Club got witchhunted out of operation and Nurx sucks in comparison.
