What a waste of time and money. Something that would've taken 48 hours elsewhere took like 2+ weeks. It was also much more expensive than other similar services. I wish I'd read the reviews first.

Don't use them. Absolutely worse online telehealth. zero communication.

Communication is very slow and every time I received a message it was from a different person which made everything very confusing. I gave them my insurance info but they are out of network so instead they tried to charge me $500 for a retinol cream, which is the outrageous price I’m assuming they would have tried to charge my insurance. When I told them I couldn’t afford that they apologized for the miscommunication and offered it to me for $60. So I guess if you’re brave enough to try these guys you should lie and tell them you don’t have insurance because they charge you different prices. It’s been over a week and I still don’t have anything I’ve been charged for. Just going to a real doctor would have been faster, easier, and cheaper.

One of the Worst Healthcare Experiences I’ve Ever Had – AVOID NURX I paid for a consultation and prescription refill through Nurx, and for three weeks, I received nothing but excuses and delays. Despite repeated promises, my prescription was never sent out. Every week brought a new excuse, and absolutely no resolution. This company had more than enough time to fulfill a basic prescription refill, yet failed completely. I’m now forced to file a credit card dispute to try to get my money back. It’s unacceptable and outrageous that a healthcare service can operate this irresponsibly. Nurx feels like a total scam. There’s no reliability, no accountability, and no respect for customers. Stay far away from this company if you value your time, money, and health.

I’ve been using NURX since August 2024, and I’ve had enough. Both times I’ve requested birth control, it’s taken them over a week just to review my order. On top of that, they send out refills ridiculously late—usually after I’ve already run out—leaving me with unnecessary gaps in protection. I finally switched to Lemonaid Health and put in a request on Easter Sunday. By 7:30 AM the next morning, a doctor had already reviewed it, and it’s now being shipped out with 2–3 day delivery. That’s how an online birth control service should work.

Tried to get a prescription for a medication I've used plenty of times and is the only thing that works for me. The doctor instead tried to push me to use something else I was not comfortable with that also has the possible side effect of birth defects. In the end, I wasted my money and time with no medication. Do not recommend.
