Nurx completely mishandled my consultation. While I was still in an active conversation about medication options, they went ahead and shipped it anyway — without agreement or resolution. When I asked for a refund, they dragged me through weeks of copy-paste replies in their app, ignoring the actual issue. After all that wasted time, they finally just said no. This is not a consultation, it’s a money grab. Real healthcare means discussing options, agreeing on a plan, and making sure the patient understands and consents. Nurx skipped all of that. If you value being heard and treated like a patient instead of a transaction, avoid them.

Wish I could give 0. They truly are a scam. I was charged a hidden 30$ fee. I was told I’d only be charged 1/3 of what I was actually charged for the prescription, which is NOT actual tret. It is lower dose than my drug store cream.

Nurx, is an untrustworthy company! After years of having their service they violated my privacy by seeing what other prescriptions I had been on, and by the way I am not on any other prescriptions. But took it upon themselves to trust my insurance company and invade my privacy without confirming with me. It should be none other business if I am under my doctors orders. With Nurx I could be talking to a AI doctor for all I know! Nurx will invade your privacy without consent and pretty much harass you about other prescriptions that you are not even on. I had to cancel because Nurx was not believing what I was saying and I don’t owe them any explanations as long as they are receiving my funds for my prescription. Don’t deal with Nurx, they invade your privacy w/out consent!

Absolutely disgusted by the sheer laziness this company has. How can you refuse to refund someone for a consultation THEY NEVER RECEIVED. Only after stating show me the consultation NOW it gets pushed to someone higher up. Not to mention only after this did a doctor actually reach out with questions that were all and I mean ALL answered in my questionnaire. Where are you finding these people to fill your company? There are plenty of other companies doing this same thing online and dont have these issues so what's the problem? I've now had to put a hold on my debit card and dispute the transaction since this company refuses to refund me $70.00 for a service I never received. Boggles my mind how we got here. Do better!

Horrible company. Their doctors don't bother to read the forms you fill out at first, then spend over a week asking the same questions that you've already answered. Their customer service reps argue rather than trying to help, and they lie about the fees they charge. Specifically, when I started my prescription with them, there was a flat fee charged with no additional charges. Now, they added a service fee without telling me. I wouldn't have minded the fee as much if they had been honest about it, but they flat lied. Sleazy company, avoid at all costs.

Got a couple questions from a doctor but nothing. Waiting a week and a half for something to happen amd it didnt. Charged me 59 for a review with no outcome. Go elsewhere. This is a poorly run operation.

BE CAREFUL! They charge a $69 "health management fee" every single month...even if not on medication from them. I wrote in via their chat feature several times to cancel (since they do NOT include an easy option to cancel on their member portal)...and all of my cancellation requests were ignored. They've been charging me $69/month of the last year. I originally cancelled because their customer service was so poor, and I got no responses about my requested medication...so I decided to cancel any open meds I had (which I never received), and they continued to charge me $69 a month for absolutely nothing. I wish i could put this on a billboard somewhere. Talking to my lawyer this morning about it. This is theft.

I cancelled my subscription through the app and the app showed that my subscription had been cancelled (I really wish I had taken a screenshot) but lo and behold, a few days later I received an email stating that a prescription is being prepared to be refilled so I sent a message stating “I cancelled my subscription why is there a prescription being prepared blah blah blah….” I’m thinking no worries they will handle it, well they handled it alright by charging me the $59 monthly fee!! So I call customer support and the support agent tells me there is no record/evidence of the subscription being cancelled which highly annoyed me because the app showed that the subscription was cancelled and was no longer listed under subscriptions!! The agent tells me that the subscription is very much active so I mentioned the app situation and she is absolutely clueless!! So no refund for the $59 monthly fee but they will cancel the upcoming refill!! Please call to cancel your subscription and screenshot/document everything if you use the app!!
