It says plain as day $0 w/ Insurance only $25 without for mental health. First just the questionnaire I was charged $55 and then told it would cost me $70 monthly plus my meds! That's $840 a year!!!! And what am I paying for each month their not even real Dr. Visits!!!! Such a scam to screw normal people who need help out of their money!!!

I regret trying to get medication through Nurx. Worst experience. They’re overpriced AND slow. I’d almost give it a pass if we were paying more for exceptional service. They’re so slow. They truly don’t care with their scripted robotic responses. They’re very fast at taking your money though. Good for them.

I have been a customer of nurx for years. A few months ago, I decided to purchase semaglutide from them & I was able to receive a 1 month supply before the FDA regulations changed. I was then offered an additional 2 month supply which I opted for. They do charge you a $59/month "support fee" while using the medication. After the 3 months of being charged which was fine bc I received 3 months in total worth of sema, I was again charged again for a 4th month (while receiving no medication/care for this 4th month). When I called I was told that bc I did not cancel my serviced with them (even though they were not sending medication) I would be getting charged that $59/monthly fee until I canceled. At the time I was looking into trying there new formula which is now able to be sold bc of the new formulation but I had not made a decision. I was told in order to be issued the refund they would have to cancel my entire weight management inquiry and if interested I would have to start over from scratch and pay an additional $30 for a new consultation fee. SCAMMY MUCH? This is so upsetting as now I will not be using them as my Telehealth provider moving forward after years as a customer. It also took forever in the app to get responses and I am overall very let down by this process. The CSR was not very friendly, borderline rude and raised her voice on the phone while I tried to understand this situation. Just sad.

I signed up with NURX and paid for a consultation to obtain meds. It's been about 2 weeks and I've been back & forth a couple times with the company. I was told they wouldn't fill meds because they couldn't fill one of my meds, and so they wouldn't fill any of my meds. I told them they were the same as my prior provider, they couldn't fill my Ambien Rx, so my PCP would just fill it and the psych filled my anxiety meds. No big deal! So, basically they took my $59 for nothing. They refused to refund the fee. After arguing with them, they said they'd issue a partial refund. Complete B.S. company!!! Highly DO NOT recommend!!!

I've been dealing with Nurx for 3 years and it has been a struggle the entire time. Like others have said, truly the worst and slowest customer service I have ever seen. Only use this company if you are in no rush to receive your medication or a response from the customer service team.

Consistently AWFUL customer service for both skincare and mental health medication. Unresponsive, charges for services not rendered and medication not ordered. Just terrible and I used them for a year.

There is absolutely no communication regarding how long the process will take. I waited weeks for a provider to review my file. I answered their questions and waited almost another week before I called to see when I should expect to hear something. Setting expectations up front is a much better business approach than ignoring the customer. Tell us it’s going to take several weeks so we know what to expect.

The first response came only after 3 days. Both the provider and the support team have completely ignored me even when I reached out. They took $28 as non-refundable, yet communication has been nearly impossible. This is the worst communication experience I have ever had.
