I used Nurx for several years and had a very positive experience overall, which is why this situation was so disappointing. After changing insurance, I could no longer fill my prescription through Nurx. I assumed this would automatically cancel my subscription, but it did not. There was no reminder or notification that the subscription was still active, and I continued to be charged for a service I was no longer using. While I understand some responsibility falls on me, the lack of communication around an ongoing paid subscription feels misleading. I had honestly forgotten it was set up this way, so I would encourage others to double-check their subscription status to avoid the same issue.
