Nurx is not a user friendly service. Birth control is a very simple prescription especially if you have it for many years. The provider wants you t o have a full work up of services they do not even provide, and many back forth messages with no actual prescription provided. They just want to collect the fee and not provide anything further. It is a scam. No refunds. I would definitely go with another service especially if you have health insurance coverage.

Customer service is what ruined the whole thing for me. Don’t bother. Their app glitched on me, not letting me complete my renewal form. I was tossed from agent to agent, no one ever attempting to fix the issue. This went on for a month before I got sick of it and just canceled my service with them.

⸻ ⭐️ 0/5 I had a terrible experience with Nurx due to unclear and misleading billing practices. I was charged a second $59 fee simply for messaging the provider to report medication side effects. This was not clearly disclosed upfront—that you are charged every time you communicate with a provider, even for a brief, typed message about an issue you’re experiencing. Charging patients to report side effects without clearly stating this policy is unacceptable. Had I known a simple follow-up message would result in another $59 charge, I would have never used the service. I do not recommend Nurx and would advise others to read the fine print very carefully before using their platform.

If I could rate it 0 stars I would. This website has probably provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They prescribed me a medication and was taking for two months and they randomly cancelled it with no explanation. I wasn’t able to get in touch with anyone for over a week about it. I highly recommend skipping over and looking at different providers instead of Nurx they’re such a waste of time

The platform this company uses is incredibly confusing and buggy. I highly doubt you are ever communicating with a real person. The messaging and and communication is extremely confusing. They do not bill insurance correctly and incredibly unhelpful. OK in a pinch if you need a script filled but avoid otherwise.

Three weeks and counting since requesting birth control from them. Stuck under forever "pending review". Support says the same line of your order is current in review and no eta. No refund on the fee they charge me.

They are the worst ! It's scam company.. they advertise the products at $29 dollars but then they charge you $59. Which I agreed and paid. But the email confirmation also shows an additional $69 for health management fee which was not what I agreed to. So I asked them to cancel and refund . Then they emailed me back saying they can't cancel and refund

They charged me $65 for a treatment request then never notified me of their response to my request. I didn’t respond to them within 1-2 days so they refused care but kept my money. For a previous issue, they took over 3 weeks to respond/get me my proper treatment - I guess it’s only okay for them to take time. I would recommend everyone stay very clear of Nurx.
