Good on paper, poor in execution
Nurx looked great until I needed customer support. It took about a week of back and forth with the service and doctor to get a prescription for migraines. I was ok with this, not a big deal. When I got my meds, I only got ⅓ of what I paid for. I see this in other reviews as well. So you pay for 3 months, you get 1, and then argue to get the rest or a refund. I spent the next week trying to get my money back or the rest of my meds. I had to call in and ping them every day and they made me feel like it was my fault when they never sent the tracking number. When I called I got nothing but attitude from the rep on the phone. There is also no way to self cancel the service, the prescription, or even remove your credit card information. You have to again call or chat with support, but it's painfully slow. I have called my credit card company to disallow future charges as I no longer have trust in them. So in summary: Good service on paper, poor in execution. Choose a different telemedicine service.
