I ordered three pairs of their shoes, as that was the sale they were promoting. It took two weeks for them to be delivered. All three pairs were uncomfortable. These shoes offered zero support or comfort for my feet. I contacted Nurse Babes to start a return. Three days later I contacted them again as I had not received a reply or the shipping label via email to return the shoes. At that time I received a reply stating they would not honor a return and sent me their updated return policy, which had been updated AFTER I placed my order. They stated they would only exchange the shoes. I explained their shoes were not comfortable and since three pairs were not comfortable I did not have an interest in exchanging them. I tried to work with them, but they chose to continue to be unprofessional and unethical and refused to allow me to return the shoes. Buyer beware, this company is unethical and unprofessional. You will be stuck with shoes that are good for nothing other than being overpriced chew toys for your dogs.

While delays can occasionally occur, your package still arrived within a reasonable window, and we worked to get it to you as quickly as possible. • Comfort & Fit Concerns We’re sorry the pairs you received didn’t feel comfortable for you. As with any footwear, comfort is subjective—everyone’s feet, arches, and sensitivities differ. While most customers find our support and cushioning helpful, we completely understand that not every product works perfectly for every person. That’s why we offered an exchange to try a different size or style, in hopes of finding a better fit for your feet. • Response Time to Your Email We want to clarify that your first email was received on November 17, 2025 (evening) and you received a response from us the very next morning, on November 18, 2025. Our support hours are posted on our website: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM EST. While we do not operate 24/7, we always strive to respond promptly within business hours, and your inquiry was answered within that timeframe. • Return Eligibility & Request A return request was submitted on November 17, the same day you emailed. However, our policy states that refund-based returns are allowed within 7 days of delivery. Since your order was delivered on November 7, the return window had already passed. Our full refund policy is publicly available here: https://nursebabes.com/pages/refund-policy Although a refund could not be issued due to policy terms, we still offered an exchange to help you find a pair that might provide the comfort you were looking for, but this option was declined. • Refund Policy Update Timing It is correct that your purchase was made on October 26, and the updated policy was posted on November 5, 2025. I was skeptical at first but after purchasing 3 pair of shoes, wearing them through the shift, i LOOOOVVVVEEEE them. It really does feel like I’m walking on a cloud. These shoes are absolutely fantastic.. they are my favorites, even better than my sketchers..I have bunions and wide feet so I have to be careful about the shoes I buy..these turned out to be so great that I ended up buying 8 more pair..

My 1st order of NurseBabes shoes. I received my shoes on 27th November. I wore my favourite pink color shoes this morning 28th November to walk 6 km in the rain on tarred roads in my residential community in Malaysia. I felt good as the shoes are comfortable (need to buy half a size bigger as toes rather tight in front), light, give good support , anti slip and ok getting them wet! I love the 3 colors I bought and will be ordering another 3 colors soon.
