I ordered the Barbie pink shoes in a size 8 and was sent the wrong size. Normally not a big deal to just return and get a refund, however, I sent over 12 emails trying to get help with the return and to get my refund started. Not one response was given until I threatened to report the company to the BBB. I received an email this morning telling me to send pictures of the shoes in “pristine” condition. Not one apology.

The shoes were a long time getting the the UK, shipped from China, and arrived in a flimsy bag with a sticker saying US size 7, EUR size 38. Which is not what I understood I had ordered. Since the prices were in sterling, I assumed the sizes were UK. Nowhere on the main page did I find a warning about sizes being US. Which means the shoes are 2 sizes too small for me. I can’t even try them on! I then received and email (following my complaint) explaining that had I looked on the website and in the small print I would have discovered that the sizes were US and that I would have to fund the postage back to the US. Which I did. I was then refunded £46 of the £54 I initially paid, minus £23 pounds postage, or £33 lost due to not reading the small print. What a waste of time and money! As the following reply points out, and as I was informed in the email I received, if I had read the small print in the footnotes I would have realised that this company although the shoes are sent from and presumably made in China, claims it is based in the US and thus only advertises US sizes. I would also have learned that the company does not fund returns from outside the US. I was informed that they do not intend to mislead customers. OK. They don't make it easy to understand, either. Why are the prices adapted to the UK and not the sizes? Four emails later, I received the address to return the shoes to in the US, and a week later notification of the above mentioned refund. I was also offered 50% rebate if I ordered the right size, but having seen the shoes, I didn't want them anyway. They're lightweight, the soles are stiff, very little cushioning. I repeat, a total waste of time and money.

Shoes look great, bright and exact to colour. Very comfortable for an eight hour shift on my feet and a lot of walking. Love they are able to be easily washed. Delivery was fast and well packaged

I was really disappointed with my experience overall. Delivery took much longer than expected, and tracking showed the parcel unexpectedly travelling through the Netherlands, which was confusing and not clearly communicated. When the shoes finally arrived, they were packaged in a squashed parcel bag no shoe box either, which was disappointing given the price. Unfortunately, the quality did not meet expectations — the materials feel cheap and flimsy, and there was a very strong chemical smell on opening. The odour was so strong I had to place them outside immediately. Based on the product photos and price point, I expected a much higher standard of quality and presentation. Sadly, the shoes looked and felt nothing like what I anticipated, and I will be returning them
