The company does not give a shipping window when ordering so you don't know when to expect delivery. I had to return 3 pairs and promptly sent photos of unworn shoes to their email as directed. Tried to follow up with a phone call and the line was always busy. The return policy is not great and you need to contact then within 7 days to not be charged for shipping items back. Well, I am on day 2 of 7 with no response. Thinking it's easier to donate these unworn shoes and take a take write-off than chasing this company for a refund. Seems very much to be a scam organization.

Easy to order, great product. They are truly very comfortable; I highly recommend & will be placing another order soon.

I was nervous at first to purchase as it had mixed reviews however I went ahead and brought a pair anyways the shipping took a little longer than I'd hoped but was still reasonable and the shoes were honestly some of the most comfortable trainers I've worn they're very soft and because I got the slip on ones they were very easy to take on and off the only bad thing is sometimes the sole inside slips out when taking them off but you can put that back in easily I honestly don't know why all these reviews are saying it's cheap material or has a strange smell as mine were really nice however price is still a little high as they are £60 (on sale) but tbh if they last a long time I'd say it's worth the money spent.

Will not be ordering from this place again because they will not reply. I placed an order for one pair of shoes. The order did not go through the first time and they sent an email. I responded to that email and completed my order. I received the shoes and the chemical odor was awful but did go away. Packaging for such an expensive shoe was cheap. I wore them to work and loved them. Next day I received another pair. Checked my PayPal account and charged twice. Have been trying multiple emails and calls and they do not respond. I just want to return the additional pair I did not order.

Extremely disappointing customer service and complete lack of communication. I requested a return within the allowed return window and was asked to provide photos of the shoes in order to proceed. I submitted the photos promptly and within the required timeframe. Since then, the company has completely stopped responding. I have now sent nine follow-up emails over several days with no acknowledgment, resolution, or attempt to assist. Despite fully complying with their return instructions, I am now being penalized solely due to their failure to respond. This experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. A company that ignores customers after taking payment and fails to honor its own return process should be avoided. I would not recommend purchasing from them unless you are prepared to deal with nonexistent customer support. Would give them a negative star rating if possible. Avoid at all costs!!
