Interesting and it help me a lot. It has updated questions and the rationale in every choices was made easy and specific.

Nurse Plus is an amazing tool. It can be use before studying to assess your knowledge or after for testing whether or not you have retained what you studied. The questions cover all the courses that nursing students would have been exposed to and even better is that an explanation is given as to why the answers selected are right or wrong. An added bonus is all the questions that were wrong are added to your "Challenge Bank" and you are able to review your notes or textbooks and attempt them later. As I said before its an amazing tool that I'm quite happy I found and would recommend to all nursing students.
