Very helpful in assisting nurses in q&a for future exams

Nurse Plus has given me so much material that has been beyond helpful in preparing for my state final exam! Having the rationale behind answers to questions when I select the wrong answer definitely provides for development and learning to occur. I recommend this site to all of my nursing student colleagues!

It's a great website. I use it for my pathway class since we have to do 50 questions every other week. It gives you rationales for all answers which is very helpful and it also shows you the ones you got wrong or right so you can test on those incorrect questions again.

The tests are enjoyable and really improves my critical thinking and choosing the best answer for a certain situation. The rationalizations are great also.
