Thank you for your feedback, James. We apologize for the technical issues that you have encountered while trying to access your Premium. Let us assure you that this is a very unusual situation as normally all of our clients are kept signed in after the purchase, so there would be no need to log out and log back in when you come to practice. Still, with thousands of users coming to our website daily, it's impossible to know who is using which device, their versions of operating systems and browser settings that might be turned on/off. The amount of variations with all these is immense and since this was an unusual situation, it took our technical support some time to find the exact cause. We are happy to let you know that we managed to figure out what exactly happened to your account and fix the bug. We also understood that you wanted to use your account for 48 hours immediately after your purchase which did not happen and we do apologize for that. Your full refund has already been issued. If you still need to study, your account is operational and can be activated immediately. Diana L.

Thank you for your feedback, Victoria. We are sorry to hear that you found our logging in process to be deterring. Just to clarify though - we actually keep everyone signed in after the purchase so that there is no need to log out and log back in every time you come to practice, but depending on your browser settings, your session may time out. If your browser logs you out and you do not want to use the sign in link or if you are practicing on a new device, please log in by simply entering the email and the password you used when upgrading into the sign in form. I have just sent you a separate email with log in instructions. To answer your second question - we do offer NCLEX-RN Practice Test genie app. Please do not hesitate to contact us directly at [email protected] if you have any other questions about the app or in general. We keep everyone signed in after the purchase, so there is no need to log out and log back in every time you come to practice, but depending on your browser settings, your session could have timed out. Thank you for your feedback, Leon. We are sorry to hear about your test results. Nine out of ten Premium customers pass their official exam, and we regret that we missed the mark in your case. It's important to understand that the actual exam questions are not public; they are kept secret and are randomly generated from a huge question bank. So there's really no way to know which ones each applicant is going to get specifically and that is why it is so important to complete ALL practice tests. I checked our system and noticed that you have only successfully completed 1 test and 1 marathon out of all the practice tests we offer.
