Nine out of ten Premium customers pass their official exam, and we regret that we missed the mark in your case. It's important to understand that the actual exam questions are not public; they are kept secret and are randomly generated from a huge question bank. So there's really no way to know which ones each applicant is going to get specifically and that is why it is so important to complete ALL practice tests. I checked our system and noticed that you have only successfully completed 5 tests in the last 30 days out of all the practice tests we offer.
