It looks like you have previously contacted us (in August) inquiring specifically about LVN/LPN study materials and have been advised that our Premium includes both RN and LPN. I have just sent you an email with instructions on how to switch back to LPN. Note, that we do not send materials to our clients, instead you gain access to our question bank and are free to practice on our website in your own time. Please also note, that we advertise and provide practice tests and the exam simulator only. Diana L.

Thank you for your feedback, Brandi. We understood that you were looking for surgical cardiovascular questions in our NCLEX preparation materials. To clarify, we offer and advertise NCLEX-RN and NCLEX-PN prep and only state on our purchase page that we offer NCLEX-style questions that "cover every topic you'll be tested on". We do not advertise cardiovascular topics or questions on our site. We understand that there was a question on the topic of your interest shown as an example on our purchase page and we may have some other questions on the same topic in our preparation materials, but we do not advertise that specific topic. Our home page offers free sample tests on all the topics included and can be browsed prior to purchase, nevertheless, the refund for this purchase was processed after we received your email request. The questions on our practice tests were designed to simulate the real exam questions provided by the National Council of State Boards of Nursing. Our practice questions are aligned with the NCSBN categories and subcategories, however I see that you have attempted only a few of our practice tests and might not have seen all the material we offer. Although our exam simulator questions are indeed pulled at random from the the entire question bank we have, our system shows that you have not actually attempted our exam simulator, neither did you try accessing the majority of the tests we offer.
