Nurp Rocks!
Nurp is awesome! I've actually worked with them since they were called 0%, and I have always found their systems to be amazing. The customer support is top-notch and I am currently working with them using their Midas trading system, and I'm very happy with my results so far!

Keith Richards has gone above and beyond for me!
While I am slightly dissapointed with the algorithms performance to date, I am extremely satisfied with the customer service I a have received from Keith Richards as well as Ian Beith. They have been so responsive and helpful throughout the process. Always ready to jump on a call or video chat whenever I have issues or questions! Keith has even reached out to me unprompted just to make sure I was understanding everything and getting everything I needed. I truly appreciate his dedication and professionalism.

Nurp's Midas bot is amazing (+11% monthly returns)
Nurp's Midas bot is amazing! Over the last 2 years, It earned an average monthly return of +11%. In August 2026, my Midas bot earned +29% on my portfolio!!! Omar Vega is also an awesome customer success rep. He's very patient and responsive. He setup my Midas bot for me.

On an ongoing basis, Alex has been professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to making sure my questions are answered and my needs are handled promptly. His communication is always clear, his follow-through is excellent, and he consistently makes the experience feel smooth and stress-free. Alex’s customer service skills are truly exceptional and are one of the main reasons I remain a NURP customer. I sincerely appreciate the level of care and support he continues to provide. There when I need him
Omar has provided me with outstanding service from start to finish. He helped me set up my VPS and made sure everything was configured properly so I was up and running without any issues. When my system went offline, he responded quickly and walked me through the resolution until everything was back online. Highly recommended — reliable, responsive, and very helpful.

The technical support from Alex was prompt, professional and easy to work with. The setup process was straightforward, and I was guided through the necessary steps without any unnecessary complications. My questions were answered clearly and the support made the implementation very easy.

Can’t beat the support offered here. Having a great RM makes all the difference, and a huge shoutout to Alex, who consistently goes above and beyond. He’s responsive, knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely cares about the people he works with. In an industry where relationship management and the level of support offered can make or break the entire experience, this is a no-brainer.
