NumeralpaintReviews of numeralpaint.com

What a fantastic picture for paint by numbers including numerous paint brushes and paints of course. It exceeded expectations. Delivery much quicker than anticipated. This company also has various types of pictures that can be taken off a photo too. So lots of options. A great company to deal with and suitable for all ages.

This is my 3rd painting-by-numbers kit and I thought I should write what I found. It arrived on time so I had no issues although there was limited communications. However, the canvas is poor quality and does not stay flat when painting. The printing of the canvas leaves the numbers over the lines or, indeed, gaps without numbers which results in you having to ensure you know what number it is prior to painting near it. The lines on the canvas are too thick resulting in overlaps. Fortunately I took pictures prior to starting but if I hadn't then I would be lost and guessing. I recommend anyone who buys a kit does the same. The paints are very poor quality too and result in you having to overpaint several times (could be described as opaque) to hide the lines and the numbers. I have now gone through three brushes as the canvas and the paints have frayed them and I am nowhere near finished. I would not unfortunately recommend this kit at this time and hope they read this review to consider improving on these areas. I hope this is received constructively as was intended. This review was done in October 2020 and I received an email from the company this morning (16 Oct 2025) asking that I amend this and they will give me a full credit. Lets see how long that takes prior to amending this review shall we! By way of an update I received a credit today (11 November 2025) with a further request to remove my review above. I am struggling in all conscience to do so, if I am honest, as the initial review was a factual account of the quality of the canvas and paints received and also for the following reasons: (a) My review of 2020 is possibly still valid - I don't know if they have changed anything as I have not used them since (b) it took the company (NumeralPaint.com) 5 YEARS to become aware that reviews matter and assuming that is the case, to make contact. I never meant the review to be anything other than an honest account of my experience so, take it or leave it, it is up to you and ignore if your experience if different which I very much hope it is.

Friendly and responsive customer service. International product arrived surprisingly quick.

I ordered two paints by numbers , one of the south korean band BTS and the second one is a custom pbn, I received the normal one of bts two weeks ago, and I was mad because I thought that i would never receive the second one. so I emailed the support team and talked to them on the phone too, and they explained to me that the customized pbn takes longer than the normal one . And today I got the second pbn, I apologize to the support team if I ever bother them with my frequent calls and emails. I highly recommend this company

Once I saw it came with a little cheat sheet that shows the picture with numbers, I was so excited to start! The paints are good. As long as you use water and spread the paints along, there should be no trouble with running out of paint. The packaging was very nice

Today I finished my second painting from numeralpaint, and I am very impressed with the result, I must admit that they really have interesting photos and the quality is very high

I ordered a paint by number on September 22nd and received it today, the quality is very good, can’t really wait to start painting it

I received my order today and my daughter is extremely happy with her very first paint-by-numbers thank you so much
