I was sent one of these as a gift for Christmas it arrived the 2nd week in January two of the colours where missing so I contacted the firm and asked if they could send me some they wanted to see the packaging which I had already discarded so I was asked to sent a picture of everything in the package they then agreed to replace the missing paints I received one pot which was the wrong colour so I contacted them again and was asked for the order no. I explained that I didn’t have it because it was a gift and that I had already sent them a Photo of what I received they then said they couldn’t help me so at this point I decided to give up. the paints are only what you would get in a child’s set and all the bristles fell out of one of the brushes the first time I cleaned it.

Customer support was great, and the painting result looked so realistic. No experience needed and the product was delivered and packaged well. The paint provided was just enough and I would definitely recommend

Ordered about seven for christmas, as gifts and for myself. Almost none of them had the correct paints, and they are unwilling to send the correct ones after sending one replacement because "i should have told them in the first place"! What kind of company responds like this when I paid for something I did not receive.

There was a mis-numbered pot in the kit, but eventually it was replaced. Kit itself and communication was good.
