Colors were all wrong!! I decided not to complete the painting because it was supposed to be a gift but it was going to look very, very different from the photo. The yellow Labrador retriever in the picture was going to be orange as were the formerly red balls on the Christmas tree. The blue walls were going to end up gold and cream and gray. This company did not offer me a refund or any other compensation for their error. I reordered instead from a company in the USA and will have to wait 6-8 weeks for a new canvas.

Customer service is impeccable. The quality of the canvas was also nicer than expected, and I loved how they turned out. They were also able to assist me with any questions I had. I had lost the key to the numbers for one of my paintings, and they were able to send me a digital copy. Would order from them again!
