Hey Katelyn. Thank you for taking the time to review us. After the 7-day free trial ends, regardless of signing up via the app (through the iOS or Play stores), the subscription plan is billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected at signup. A user is only charged if they do not cancel the free trial. In this instance, the free trial was not cancelled via Apple or on the website. We are unable to capture a user's information, or billing details, without consent or user input (whether manually on the website or via a saved payment method in one of the app stores). Hey Nguyen! Thanks for leaving us a review. After the 7 day free trial ends, the plan is billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All subscriptions, both month-to-month and annual plans, are recurring and will automatically renew after the end of each paid subscription period. In this instance, the trial subscription was not canceled, which resulted in the annual plan as selected during signup. I do see that our team shared that after escalation and review, it was found that the free trial was not cancelled, which resulted in the monthly subscription fee. We know this is not the outcome you hoped for but we hope you are able to continue using the platform for the remainder of your subscription period, and there will be no recurring charges going forward as it is now cancelled.

Hey Aran! To manage your subscription, simply log in to your Numerade account. Click the “profile” icon on the top right, and select “Billing.” Click “Cancel” and proceed through the steps to cancel your subscription (or just click on https://www.numerade.com/payments/billing/). *IMPORTANT If you are an iOS or Android app user, you will need to cancel directly within both ecosystems.
