Hey Tyler. We appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review. In looking at your account, we see your free trial ended on October 16th, 2024, and you were billed for 2 more months as you went ahead and self cancelled on November 16th. Your account will no longer be charged as you successfully cancelled your subscription.

Hey there. Numerade subscriptions include a free trial and are self-cancellable. After the trial ends, the plan is billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All subscriptions, both month-to-month and annual plans, are recurring and will automatically renew after the end of each paid subscription period. In this instance, as shared in your review, you forgot to cancel the free trial, which is why you were charged. We also see you opened a support ticket with our team which appears to have been replied to the same day. Hey Emanuel. Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. Unfortunately, your 7 day free trial was not cancelled until 2 days after it expired. Numerade subscriptions include a free trial and are self-cancellable. After the trial ends, the plan is billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All subscriptions, both month-to-month and annual plans, are recurring and will automatically renew after the end of each paid subscription period, as described on the signup flow.

Hi Andy. Thanks for taking the time and leaving us this review. I understand your concern and see that our CS team has replied back to your support ticket explaining the situation. Unfortunately, the free trial was not cancelled, which resulted in two recurring monthly subscriptions. Numerade subscriptions include a 7 day free trial and are self-cancellable. After the trial ends, the plan is billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All subscriptions, both month-to-month and annual plans, are recurring and will automatically renew after the end of each paid subscription period. In this instance, the free trial was not canceled in the required time frame. If you need further assistance please feel free to reopen your ticket with us.

Hey Desu. Thanks for reaching out to us and leaving a review. Numerade subscriptions include a free trial and are self-cancellable directly in your billing page. Users can also request a manual cancellation from our support team. Unfortunately, in your instance the free trial was not cancelled before it ended, which is why you were charged and your annual subscription began. The 7 day free trial must be cancelled within the 7 day window. We also see our team replied back to you the same day with further information- so should there be more questions or concerns please feel free to reply back to us.
