Won’t respond to emails to cancel subscription, will go ahead to charge your account and refuse to refund you. Basically thieves in a guise. Do not put your card information, they won’t let you remove it. THEY ARE THIEVES!!!!! SCAM ARTIST!!!

I ALSO SUBSCRIBE FOR FREE TRIAL PERIOD. 2 DAYS BEFORE THEY CHARGED ME I ALREADY TRIED TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION BUT IT'S RIDICULOUS BECAUSE IT WON'T SHOW ANY SUBSCRIPTION PLAN BUT THEY STILL GOING TO CHARGE YOU CARD. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A ACCOUNT AND PAY. They will charge you and they will make it incredibly hard for you to get your money back. I encourage everyone that feels wronged by this company to google “file a complaint on a business in California” and file a complaint to the general attorney of California (Numerade is stationed in California). A company with these type of reviews shouldn’t be able to thrive and continue scamming.

Please avoid this website. They are scammers. I signed up for the trial period. I cancelled the trial before it ends, got the confirmation e-mail that my membership has been set to cancel. They still charged me the monthly fee after that. I contacted the customer service for the refund, I did send multiple follow up messages but got NO response from them. THEY JUST WANT TO STEAL YOUR MONEY. I gotta contact my bank to request the dispute and got new card. Such a fraud! Not even worth a star.

You are at great risk with your money. In my case (1) I requested a solution to a very simple and common textbook problem. this task was declared by the resource as already solved (2) I saw a message that experts were "working" on this task, and this message hung for several hours (3) this alerted me and I tried to get rid of this resource (4) it turned out that I can't get rid of it myself, I have to ask technical support about it (5) technical support tried to ignore my request to unlink my card from the resource (6) I insisted and they promised that the card would definitely be unlinked "later" (7) after 12 hours the card is all has not yet been untied (8) I blocked the card and now I have to go to the bank and wait for it to be reissued. Definitely it is a scam resource.

I cancelled my subscription after my 1 month free trial, and now 2 months to the day later I have been charged for a full year, after getting email confirmation that my cancellation was being processed!! Deliberately difficult to cancel, very expensive, and not particularly helpful content (studying physics). SCAM ARTISTS.
