Bunch of scammers. Do not give your credit card details. I had subscribed to the free version and they have charged me an annual subscription of 109usd without my knowledge. Even if you cancel immediately, they will not refund your money. Be very careful.

If a company focuses on providing a genuine quality service, then paying for it is acceptable. The supposed answers by experts are in most cases copies from an answer manual that can be obtained elsewhere, "explained" by individuals who often apparently don't know more on the subject matter than you (the student). Their services are useless unless you agree to subscribe, and essentially give them full power to take your money at the end of your free trial period. Contact is difficult to establish and in my case I could not cancel my subscription through Paypal until the end of my trial which is conveniently also according to their refund policy too late for a refund. I have dealt with other legit companies before, dealing with discrepancies surrounding subscriptions, almost all of which were happy to provide a flexible solution. It may only be 12 Dollars lost but it's the feeling of getting screwed that counts.

Numerade offered a 1 month free trial period if you cancel in time before they bill you. Since I did not trust them due to all the other poor reviews of it being a scam I cancelled it at once in a way that Numerade can not detect. According to the contract I signed with Numerade they would first start to bill me the 29th of July, which would mean they would detect that I had cancelled the subscription only then. However they have cancelled my trial period already which means they actually tried to bill me much earlier than that. I agree with other reviews, absolute scammers.

It is one of the awful apps i have ever used they took details of the credit card during sign up while they give free 30 days trial without asking to customer they charged money either the person uses their app during 30 days trial or not moreover they don't have any customer service number and email id

hi, i am currently scammed by numerade, I am rewriting the situation. First, I opened a subscription on May 22, and then on 29/06/2022, 109.08 USD was withdrawn from my account, then I wrote to you that I want to cancel because the questions I asked were not answered, and on 13/07/2022 another 83 USD was withdrawn from my account, 192 USD was taken from my account in a month and a half and you are not doing anything about it, I demand my money back, and fix this mess please if there is an honest employee among you

this is a scam I asked for the cancellation from the same day but they charged me 2 months, don`t fall in the same mistake. I had to change my credit card but this doesn`t stop them to continue charge me again. I am very disappointment with this app. Also have the worst customer service, if you send them a message for the only option they have they don`t answer you.

What a worthless ripoff!!! SUPER expensive and you get absolutely nothing but some dumb video of someone talking and writing words on a whiteboard - talking slowly, and in such broken English that I can barely understand what they're saying. At that point, just type it up so I can read it faster and understand it more clearly!!! Can't believe they thought this was worth bringing to market. Garbage.
