SCAM! They will just get your money without any information and there is no service provided.

If I can give Numerade Labs a 0 I would. They are useless. A scam. Free trial my ass! They went and charged me $199.99, and my free trial hadn't even ended. Funny thing is I never used it or made use of it. Tried to cancel right away. Even got a hold of the Merchant. They said they couldn't help me out and I wouldn't be able to get a refund back. Don't waste your time on a bunch of scammers! They should take this website down. It's useless. They will just take your money!

I got f-ed over by Numerade. I signed up for a $9.99 monthly plan and they TOOK $109. The greater pay was my mortgage payment!! As a non Hodgkin's lymphoma patient my funds are limited.... I'm brokenhearted. Life is struggling already!! Also, there isn't a customer service number to call

Very useless company especially when it comes to customer service only one human reply the rest are automated messages which don’t help with what you requested. Have to go through hoops to get directly through to someone. Was also charged the full yearly fee of 111.35 in the space of a week after the website said 9.99 per month. I spoke the customer service and the woman tried to tell me it was my fault after many others were saying the same thing. They don’t even have a direct number to call which is fishy. They also don’t offer any refunds even if it was there mistake. Don’t do free trial on numerade or Coursehero as there all the same. The answers are particularly written so they don’t actually help with the assignment

Do not trust giving your card information to these scammers. Even if you cancel your subscription, you will end up paying their annual fee which is $120. This website shouldn't even be able to exist, since it steals your money and gives you wrong answers. It is VERY sketchy.

Absolutely dogpiss scam company. They charged me before my free trial ended and didn't refund my money. After I canceled my subscription, I thought I would still be able to use the site for a month since I ALREADY FU**ING PAID and couldn't get my money back, but no. I can't even use the service I paid for. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE! They will do anything for money. They don't care about user experience/satisfaction. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

Terrible experience, they said the problems was solved but when I started my subscription none of them was solved at all! All they provideded was a useless video with Terrible Quality that they said was a "similar" problem which it was not. So now my card has been charged for the subscription and I got zero out of this.....

I don't even know how did my husband subscribed to this, but we are being scammed. The worse experience.
