You can also send a support ticket to me and my 24/7 Student Success team at https://www.numerade.com/help/. Numerade subscriptions include a free 7 day trial and are self-cancellable in the billing portal (https://www.numerade.com/payments/billing/). After the trial ends, the plan is billed on a monthly or annual basis. The $179 is our current discounted annual plan (which equates to $14.99/month for unlimited access). To avoid any charges, the free trial would need to be cancelled prior to ending. Again feel free to send us a message or ticket for further help.

Hey Nurm! Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. As our Student Success team shared on your support ticket, the good news is there was no charge. What you likely were seeing were payment attempts that begin to take place once a free trial has expired and was not cancelled, and the subscription is set to begin via a monthly or annual purchase. Our team manually cancelled your sub for you with no posted charge. If you have any questions please feel free to reply back to your ticket from March 22nd. Thanks!

I can confirm that your support ticket from Jan 25th was resolved and that my rep Kaitlin manually cancelled your trial on your behalf. While self cancellation is always an option, a user may always ask us to cancel for them. Thankfully since this was requested prior to the trial ending, there was no charge. We certainly don't want our users to have any negative experience with us, and we're sorry if there was any confusion with the plan breakdowns during the signup flow. While I do see you selected the annual plan, if you did not mean to, no worries! My rep Kaitlin replied to your March 26th support ticket letting you know that we issued a courtesy prorated refund and that you have the option to be switched to the monthly if needed. Let's assist you with the 2 major concerns you brought to us today: 1) We do apologize if you did not find the video solution for your particular problem satisfactory. I'd love to have you send me the link to the question so I can collab with my Content team to look further into this for you. In the meantime, should you wish to visit us again- please utilize our ASK feature where you can post a question to a live educator who will create a custom video explanation for you! 2) While a user may not be charged if the free trial was self or manually cancelled, and only if the the trial expired already, I'd love to pull up your account history for you and further assist if you message me those details. The $258 is not a current price point but is likely a Canadian exchange rate, as the annual plan currently is $179 USD. Thanks!

Hey Brittany! Thanks for contacting us. In regards to your support ticket on March 7th where you requested a refund, our team did share that while they did see that the free trial was not cancelled in time, resulting in the charge for the annual plan that was elected to at signup, a dispute was opened with PayPal prior to contacting us. A dispute limits our ability to further assist a user as it becomes a banking matter. We do see that your inquiry with them was resolved and hope they assisted you as needed.

Hey Yvette. Thanks for contacting us. To assist us in locating your account, please message me the email that you used to signup for Numerade. While the only scenario wherein a user would not get a free 7 day trial would be if they previously subbed with an email and cancelled (and a 2nd trial would not be issued), I'd love to look into your sub history further with you. Hey Irene! Thanks for leaving us this review. While I do see that your support tickets were successfully replied to and resolved on Dec 7, 30, and Jan 20th- sometimes our replies may land in your spam folder. Please check both your inbox or spam for emails back from us on those 3 dates. In addition, on the last email, we did share that we saw you issued a dispute with PayPal during our exchanges. Once this is done, it removes our ability to internally handle. Worst case, PayPal may deny your claim after reviewing the submitted evidence and account history. While I am sad to also share that it looks like PayPal denied your dispute after reviewing, if this issue is still outstanding, feel free to message me here or re-reply on your Jan 20th ticket.
