It appears that you accepted our special offer during the initial cancellation flow, wherein you were presented with 2 free months followed by being put on the low $6.99/mo plan going forward (cancellable any time as well). Unfortunately we do see that there was no cancellation made after the free months expired and new month renewed, which resulted in the $6.99 charge. We do see you recently contacted us after the offer expired, so please feel free to reopen the support ticket you have with my team for further assistance.

As shared on your support ticket, unfortunately your free trial was not cancelled, resulting in the monthly subscription, and a refund was not able to be processed in this situation. While our support team has already replied to your support ticket from today (no other tickets or emails were submitted prior to today), please allow me to highlight your situation: -Your 7 day free trial began on 12 Apr 2023 09:25 PM -The trial ended on 19 Apr 2023 09:25 PM -You self cancelled your subscription on 20 May 2023 04:18 PM. You were charged two $18.99/monthly payments as two cycles passed without cancelling (Apr 19-May 19, and May 19- present). If you have any further questions, the team will be waiting on deck to further assist you. In regards to the following comment: "doesn’t send verification emails for a cancelled subscription"- please note that all users who self cancel are sent immediate and automated cancellation confirmation emails from our subscription management platforms, Chargebee or PayPal, once their subs end. This may be in one's inbox or spam folder.

Hey Sadman. Thanks for leaving us a review on TrustPilot. As you also shared, you did unfortunately forget to cancel your subscription. All users can self cancel in their billing page (https://www.numerade.com/payments/billing/). To avoid a charge, a free trial must be cancelled before it ends, or, an active subscription must be cancelled before each monthly renewal. We were unable to issue you a refund in this instance. Thank you.

If the account information provided here is correct- we do see two subscriptions with us using the email we were able to pull up: a trial that was cancelled back in March, and a second subscription started this May. Hey Bar. Thanks for leaving us a review. We are unable to locate your account with the limited information available. Feel free to DM us or provide your information so we can locate your account. Users have two options to cancel: self cancellation in the billing portal, or, asking our support team to do it manually. We do share on all support tickets that if a user is providing us incorrect emails (i.e, uses multiple emails for various services) that is not the email they used to signup, any and all cancellation attempts will fail, as an unlinked email will have no active subscription. This may be the case here, however, we need more information to confirm. Thank you.

We see you chose our special offer during the cancel flow, meaning, rather than cancelling, you elected to receive 2 free months then reverting to $6.99/mo. After your months expired, you subscribed to this low monthly plan. Following this, we see you contacted our team recently. Here is an email/ticket history: 1) Support ticket 1 sent May 04 21:59, which was replied to and resolved May 04 22:16. Our team cancelled your plan manually on your behalf and confirmed this via email. 2) You followed up with 2 more support tickets on May 11th, after the initial ticket was closed, and were also confirmed that your request has been resolved via your first ticket. While you have been successfully cancelled, you can find our responses in your inbox or spam folders. Thank you.

As such, you were charged the monthly subscription that was selected when you signed up.
