In regards to your subscription, here are some details: -Your free trial started on 31 May 2023 08:45 PM -Your free trial ended on 07 Jun 2023 08:45 PM -You self cancelled on 11 Jun 2023 09:30 PM As self cancellation took place 4 days post trial expiration, one would see payment attempts to be collected for your subscription. We hope this better explains your situation.

Hey Bizimana. Thanks for reaching out to us. My engineering team and I were unable to locate any subscriptions or support tickets/emails with this username. Please email me at [email protected] or update your review to provide us with your account details so we can check this for you. A user who accepts the special offer during cancellation may not be charged the original plan price of the trial- so it does sound like the charge posted already and trial had expired before cancellation occurred- but we'd need your info to confirm this. Thank you.

Hey Dawson. Thanks for contacting us on TrustPilot. It looks like you emailed us this morning that you received an auto-payment in PayPal. You are correct in that you were billed today for $19.99, as you did not cancel your free trial, and so you subscribed to the monthly plan that you selected at signup. All users can self cancel in our billing page or PayPal directly. Thank you.

Unfortunately, a refund was not approved in your situation given the history log shared above, but you did self cancel and will not be charged going forward. Thank you.

Please allow me to explain what happened in your situation, as we see you signed up with us twice: -You signed up for a free trial and had your 1st sub as follows: Created on 03 Jun 2023 05:14 Started on 03 Jun 2023 05:14 Cancelled on 03 Jun 2023 05:19 As you can see, you cancelled the other day, thus ending your free trial. However, we see you resigned up the next day, as follows: Created on 04 Jun 2023 00:37 Started on 04 Jun 2023 00:37 Active on 04 Jun 2023 00:37 As with all subscription services, unfortunately a user does not experience back to back free trials. We do see your support ticket has already been resolved and you were assisted, but if you have any further questions please feel free to reply to it to reopen it.

Hey Hayden! Thanks for contacting Numerade on TrustPilot. While I am saddened to read this review, I want to share some details as to what happened. Your 7 day free trial began on May 21st. It ended on May 28th. As shared with us on your support ticket, we also do see you indeed cancelled in PayPal directly- on May 28th. However, this was right after the trial had already ended and the annual plan was subscribed to and charged. In a nutshell, the trial clock starts ticking the minute you subscribed to the trial, and ends exactly 7 days later. However, we do understand where you may believe that cancelling later in the day on May 28th would still be "within the 7 days". In regards to your PayPal chargeback, you are also correct in that it was rejected by PayPal. They, acting as your bank, review a dispute from both sides and also saw nothing out of the ordinary occurred and that ultimately, the trial was not cancelled before it ended. Hey Willowmina. Thanks for contacting us on TrustPilot. It appears that you accepted our special offer during the initial cancellation flow, wherein you were presented with 2 free months followed by being put on the low $6.99/mo plan going forward (cancellable any time as well). Unfortunately we do see that there was no cancellation made after the free months expired and new month renewed, which resulted in the $6.99 charge. We do see you recently contacted us so please feel free to reopen the email you have with me for further assistance.
