Hi Kerstin, thanks for sharing your feedback with us. As we shared, the subscription was not cancelled before the trial ended and you were billed for the monthly subscription chosen at sign up. To avoid a charge, a free trial must be cancelled before it ends. We were unable to issue you a refund in this instance. Thank you.

Hi Amy, thanks for sharing your feedback with us. We do not bill based on usage and the usage of our service is at the discretion of the subscriber. As we shared in your support ticket, you did not cancel your free trial before it ended and you were billed for the monthly subscription chosen at sign up. To avoid a charge, a free trial must be cancelled before it ends. We were unable to issue you a refund in this instance. Thank you.

Hi Carlos, Thanks for contacting us on TrustPilot. We see you signed up with us via PayPal on 6/20 and your free trial ended 6/27. While you did cancel the subscription in PayPal, it was after your free trial had already ended and you were automatically billed. To avoid a charge, a free trial must be cancelled before it ends, however please rest assured your subscription is confirmed to be cancelled. As your support ticket from 7/11/23 has been replied to and resolved, here is a summary of your account history as we are able to pull all user records from Chargebee or PayPal: You began your trial back on 30 Jan 2023 12:24 AM. The trial expired on 06 Feb 2023 12:24 AM. The subscription renewed each month until it was self cancelled on 11 Jul 2023 08:20 PM. Your subscription is already slated to end on August 6th. As one of our support team members, Kaitlin, shared on your support ticket from yesterday, your first subscription was successfully cancelled in March, however, you reactivated your subscription on April 15th and did not cancel this second time- thus those charges.
