Hey Mike. Thanks for contacting us on Trustpilot. As our team shared on chat as well as email, unfortunately, your free trial was not cancelled. Our payment processor, Chargebee, confirmed this and we provided your activity and timestamp log. Your free trial began on 03-Sep-2023 11:26. Your free trial expired on 10-Sep-2023 11:26. Self cancellation via the API (billing page) occurred after the trial already expired. Our refund policy, which is in place to maintain fairness and consistency for all customers, unfortunately, did not allow for a refund in this particular circumstance. Thank you.

Hey Anabel. We appreciate you contacting us on TrustPilot. We also received your support ticket on 9.5.23 requesting for us to cancel your subscription for you. Unfortunately, it appears there is no subscription with the email you provided us which indicates that a different email was used when you signed up and has yet to be cancelled. Please DM me or email me directly any possible emails you use so we can check for you. If you are able to recall the email address feel free to also login and self cancel under your billing page.

Hey Nakia. Thanks for contacting us on TrustPilot. We are sorry to hear that some activity may have taken place on a shared computer. We advise our users that when using Numerade to login with their primary emails, as well as a strong password, and logout of all devices, especially public ones. In addition, many users elect to auto fill their info on their browsers. As shared on your email with us on 8/25/23, we do see that your (or someone else, as being claimed) free trial started on August 15th and ended August 22nd. The trial was unfortunately not cancelled. Any suspicions of unauthorized usage is an urgent, direct matter with your issuing bank. In addition, any chargeback filed removes the funds from our end as well until the bank investigates. Please feel free to re-email us as needed for further assistance.

Hey Padambo. Thanks for contacting us. It looks like your free trial expired on August 12th, and was self cancelled on August 22nd, 10 days after the trial expired. To avoid a charge, the trial needed to have been cancelled before ending on the 12th. Thank you.

For specifics, we do see this was also cancelled 2 hours after the trial ended as well. Unfortunately a refund was unable to be granted in this case but you do retain access until the end of the month. Thank you.
