Awful experience. I emailed support before my trial expired to ask how I could cancel as none of my questions were answered. I didn’t receive a response until a couple of days later to tell me how to cancel it. I then asked for a refund and the response was so rude. No receipt received either. They don’t respond to your questions so why would I want to pay for a service that they don’t deliver.

I requested a refund the same day I signed up for the trial. However I was still charged $19.99. Their material does not offer anything I need. So that's how this company takes customers money eventhough they cancel their account. It's just a way to get your credit card info to charge you anyway. BEAWRE THEY DO NOT OFFER A FREE TRIAL!!

I signed up for their free trial right when I got access to the sight I noticed that the information I was looking at was incorrect so I tried to cancel the free trial but there was no button or anything to cancel it. I sent a message to cancel it and they said they would. The next day I see a $3 charged so I sent them a message that why was I getting billed for the free trial and I was told, "I can confirm you did not sign up for a free trial/subscription and you accepted our Day Pass offer. This a manual sign up process and can only be purchased if selected." Best, Kaitlin That is a lie. Nowhere was that an option when I was looking around the website to cancel the trial. I emailed her this, "I only signed up for the free trial why would I want a pay for something without checking if the information was correct for the topic I was looking for? I did not even see anything saying day pass I also tried to cancel the free trial after seeing that the information was not correct, but there was no option to cancel it. Then I saw the transaction on my account the next day. She replied with this, "We do not see you accepted a subscription, only that you declined a subscription and purchased our 24 hours Day Pass instead. To receive a free trial you would have needed to sign up for either a monthly or annual subscription. Best, Kaitlin" I emailed her this and did not get a response back! I did not there was no option for a day pass, only the free trial like I said, I would not have paid for anything until I was sure about the content I was receiving. I am being charged for something that I did not agree to.

I'm getting charged but there is no way to cancel the subscription on the billing page as they say. It also says no upcoming payments but I have been getting charged monthly. It saying "cancel anytime" and then having no method of cancelling is very poor practice.

I was trying numerade help using trial version while I was student but because I couldn't find any help I cancelled subscription before trial even ended. I graduated in April of 2023 and all of the sudden in August Numerade started charging my account for monthly subscription. When I contacted customer service they told me it is not in their practice to issue refunds . I don't know about other people but I am not able to afford someone taking my money without my permission. This website is scam that is trying to get peoples account numbers and at later date start withdrawing money from it. Worst part is that at the time they are saying I started my trial I was already graduated. Please refund my money and stop using excuse that it is not their policy to refund money

I’ve canceled my subscription a year ago and my card is still being charged $6.99 every month. No subscription is showing active on my account but a bill is still being paid monthly. (Numerade- 8336863723) is what’s showing on my bank account but this number isn’t in service. I've tried multiple times to get help on the site but there's literally no number to call and none of my emails get responded to.

It's hard not to say anything bad when your money is gone out your account without permission. I cancelled this prior now my money is being taken . I don't need you guys never did please give me my money back thank you

I signed up for the free trial. I know that I ended my subscription the day that I started the trial because I knew that I was not going to use this platform again. I know that I completed the form because I got the "Your subscription has been canceled" message at the end of filling out the form. I did not get a confirmation email from them at that time. Once I saw that my credit card was charged, I went back to my account and it showed that it was still active. I canceled the account again for a second time. The customer service representatives had no evidence of me canceling the subscription the first time. I also had no evidence as they did not send me an email confirming my cancelation. Apparently, they do not send cancelation confirmation emails until the end of the period. It is kind of funny that another review had the same issue around the same time, which really makes me wonder how many people they are scamming. They will respond to this review with "evidence" that is not true. As far as the product goes, the website was not helpful and inaccurate.
