The first step is to determine if a stronger strength is required to achieve the proper results. While 5mg of Tadalafil should be sufficient for most with minor issues, it is normally prescribe as a daily dosed medication. Our Mt Everest XL contains 20mg of Tadalafil, and double the PT-141, so it’s used for more severe cases with on-demand use. Should an increase in dosage not suffice, I encourage you to seek the advice of your primary care physician. There may be an underlying issue that we cannot address via Telemedicine.
