Mark, thanks for the early update. One dose is a very small sample, and every person responds differently, so it's worth giving the plan the time your provider recommends. Mary, thank you for sharing this, and we're sorry about the trouble with that delivery. Under our Terms, once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery itself is in the carrier's hands, which is why a misdelivery to the wrong unit has to go through the carrier's own process. Today, signature confirmation is available at checkout, and we specifically recommend it for apartments and condos. Thank you for being a Nu Image Medical patient. I’m sorry to hear that the medicine we prescribed has not helped with your condition. The first step is to determine if a stronger strength is required to achieve the proper results. While 5mg of Tadalafil should be sufficient for most with minor issues, it is normally prescribe as a daily dosed medication. Our Mt Everest XL contains 20mg of Tadalafil, and double the PT-141, so it’s used for more severe cases with on-demand used. Should an increase in dosage not suffice, I encourage you to seek the advice of your primary care physician. There may be an underlying issue that we cannot address via Telemedicine. Hello Tracy, We truly apologize about this. The pharmacy cannot compound more HCG pellets due to the FDA regulation that HCG cannot be compounded anymore. When they ran out, they had no choice but to switch all the orders to injections as that is the last supply we have of HCG. We understand that some people do not like the injections so we indeed provided a full refund for you. Again, we apologize about the inconvenience.
